Ballot prop endorsement

Goal

Single endorsement choice with a supermajority.

Rules

Ballot prop endorsements need a supermajority of 60%. If we do not achieve any outcome with at least 60% then we default to No Consensus.

• Yes
• No
• No Endorsement
• Abstain (non-vote)

Setup

1. Enable Expert Mode
2. Under Candidate Names enter the voting options:
   1. Yes
   2. No
   3. No Endorsement
   4. Do NOT include abstain
3. Set Method to Meek STV
4. Set Ballot type to ranked enhanced
5. Set Require full vote to no
6. Set Number of winners to 1
7. Set Shuffle candidate order to yes
